SECTION 1 - GENERAL RULES
Dispatch time varies depending on the product and is usually indicated on a particular product page. We normally expect to ship small orders within 1-2 working days, however it is not guaranteed and may be extended. Larger items such as egg chairs and other furniture take up to 10 working days.
Handling time for pre-orders is usually longer (7-30 days).
Shipping fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. Please note that goods are supplied ex works and are not insured by us in transit for loss and/or damage. It is your choice and responsibility to have insurance in place for this. While your package will be dispatched at your own risk, special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
SECTION 2 - DELIVERY TIME, DELAYS & LOST ITEMS
Delivery time depends on postal service selected and varies by location. Please note, these are estimations only and delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods or any other unexpected circumstances, such as strikes, severe weather conditions, natural disasters etc.
All parcels are registered and tracked and we always obtain a postage receipt. Please note, once your parcel is posted, we cannot be responsible for the carrier's actions. In case of loss or a huge delay, please note there is nothing we can do until 14 days of posting date elapses. If you have not received your item within time frames mentioned above, please contact us immediately, so we could resend the item (if possible) or issue a refund.
SECTION 3 - CONSIGNMENT DAMAGE
At the time of shipment delivery, it is your obligation to evaluate shipment outer packaging and its contents as well.
If you notice any damage to the contents of the parcel, then you need to ask courier to compile the damage report. You may also refuse to take the shipment and contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com.
If you decide to take the damaged shipment, please contact us as well, so we could offer you a partial refund.
SECTION 4 - UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS
When the carrier returns an undeliverable parcel to us, the refund (exclusive of shipping charges) is issued. A return postage cost will be deducted from the refund amount as well. To purchase items that were undeliverable, a new order will have to be placed and a new payment will have to be made.
SECTION 5 - IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
You must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country your order is shipped to. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to additional taxes, duties and/or fees (including customs clearance) charged by the destination country, and the recipient will be responsible for those charges.
We are unable to calculate and disclose the additional costs that may be imposed and we advise you to contact the destination country’s customs office for more information. Should customs clearance be required, it may cause delays beyond the original estimated delivery date given to you.
